REGISTER FOR WCA

We can assist you with your application for WCA and will need to following:


Copy of your ID


Copy of the registration documents in case of a company


Banking details of the company


Address of the company


Summary of salaries, paid, and names, surnames , ID copies and addresses for these employees, and an estimate of the salaries for the coming year


Proof of payment


Once we have all the documents we will start with the application process,  we will send you some forms to sign and once we receive it back we will send it to the Unemployment Fund, we will keep you up to date on the progress.


Take note that these are  government departments and it is not possible to give an estimate of how long it will take.


Register for WCA

WCA stands for the Workmen Compensation Fund or is also known as COIDA which standa for Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act and is there to provide compensation for disablement caused by occupational injuries or diseases sustained or contracted by employees arising out of and in the course of their employment, or for death resulting from such injuries or diseases; and to provide for matters connected therewith.


An employer is responsible for registration within seven days from becoming an employer.


Workers who are injured on duty can claim for temporary or permanent disabilities, if a worker dies due to injury their dependents can also claim for the fund.
